Our company is now a leading name in silversmith supplies and jewellery making supplies in Spain.
These Terms and Conditions should apply to all requests for orders which concern the supply and delivery of products by com-forsa to customer. By placing an order you imply your unreserved acceptance of and abidance by the Terms and Conditions, acceptance that does not require any written signature. These Terms and conditions can be modified at any time by Com-forsa provided they appear on the Web site www.com-forsa.co.uk. The Terms and Conditions of Sales posted on the site at the time Customer places an order will govern the order in question.
Please read through these conditions carefully before placing an order, as by using our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please also read our privacy statement below regarding any personal information that you provide us with. These terms apply to customers only, understanding customer only for a business purpose. Consumers are not allowed to purchase in www.com-forsa.co.uk.
1. Prices:
The prices payable for all items offered on our website are clearly displayed. Our website prices are displayed in euros (€) and not include VAT. The prices shown for items on the website do not include charges for postage and packaging (delivery). Delivery charges (P&P) will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you choose. Information on postage and packaging may be found in the Delivery information section of our website.
The prices are subject to be changed caused by huge fluctuations in gold and silver spot market without previous notice.
2. Products
We have tried our utmost to capture and present our products as accurate representations of what you will receive and have provided a variety of images to help you understand the scale, color and detail. However, as the material with which we work is largely naturally occurring, no two pieces can be identical. We see this as a benefit as the more varied the natural pattern of the stones used, the greater the scope for individuality. But please bear this in mind when placing your order and on receipt as product variations will occur. In addition computer screens, resolutions and color balances can vary significantly so may not present the accurate representations we have tried to provide on our website.
3. How To Order
If you are not an existing customer, please create your account user and password filling the use form. Once you have user and password, you will be able to view all the pricing information of our products, adding them to the basket. Once finished the order, you will receive a copy in your email address in order to confirm it protecting the purcharser.
If we have plenty stock of all ordered items, the order will be delivered in 24-48 hours (working days). All the orders placed before 15:00 pm will departure at the same day placing. If any items you have ordered are no longer in stock, we will contact you to let you know when they will be available for delivery.
The first minimum order to open an account with www.com-forsa.co.uk shall amount 150€ (£125) excluding VAT. After this first purchase, next order will be higher than 50 € (£45) excluding VAT.
Your order placed will be recorded in your personal information area inside www.com-forsa.co.uk in order to have in mind for future orders.
4. Delivery and Delivery Charges
Cucaventura.com delivers to all countries in the EU as standard, but can arrange for orders to be shipped globally on request. We use a courier company as UPS and Spanish Post Mail (equivalent to English Royal Mail).
The rates for delivery (including picking fees) amounts 14 € (around £12.00) to all Europe countries. For other continents order delivery charges amounts 20 € (around £18.50). These prices are due to shipment less than 1 kilo. Orders heavier than 1 kg delivery charges will be quoted on request.
When entering your delivery address during checkout, the delivery charge will be applied to your order relative to the country chosen. You will be able to have your purchase delivered to an address other than your billing address, the details of which can be stored in your on-line site account. www.com-forsa.co.uk reserves the right to amend delivery prices for orders shipped outside the UK. We will contact you by email prior to shipping should we anticipate your order incurring a delivery cost over that stated at time of order. We will send you a despatch e-mail confirming when your goods are on the way.
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to tell us within 5 working days of delivery. If you tell us about loss or damage after that, you must supply proof that the goods were lost or damaged before delivery. You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.
5. Cancellation
If we have received notification of your cancellation before your goods have been dispatched your order can be cancelled without any charge. You may also request that your order is amended, such as removing items, adding items or increasing quantities of items.
If we have received notification of your cancellation once your order has been shipped, our 15 day returns policy will apply. www.com-forsa.co.uk guarantees to credit the cost of any item returned within the 15 days from the date of invoice. Refunds will be issued to your account. No refund for postage can be provided once the order has been dispatched, the cost of postage merely covers the cost of sending the goods to you, and a service cannot be credited once begun. This is unless www.com-forsa.co.uk agrees that the goods are damaged. www.com-forsa.co.uk is not obliged to credit any local taxes, import duties or custom charges paid.
6 Payment
All the orders must be paid before the shipment.
You can choose between two methods of payment:

www.com-forsa.co.uk never has access to your your banking data.
